History

Studio Coccia & Associati is a professional association of chartered accountants and certified auditors.

Founded in 1974 by Nicola Coccia who – after having completed his degree in Economics and achieved the certifications of chartered accountant and certified auditor – begins his career by supporting companies of various business sectors, with a specific expertise in the maritime business.

In 2001 Studio Coccia & Associati becomes a Professional Association. Maurizio Sbailò joins the team, chartered accountant and certified auditor, expert in corporate and tax advisory, with particular reference to extraordinary transactions.

From the year 2007 the Association gradually increases its expertise and embraces new professional figures who provide a wider level of competence and innovative assistance to clients.

Roberto, Francesca and Maurizio Coccia become part of the team, all three are chartered accountants and certified auditors and have years of experience in Italy and abroad in multinational companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Coca Cola HBC, V.ships, Gruppo Intesa Sanpaolo, etc.. In 2010 Davide Guarino joins the Association; chartered accountant and certified auditor, with previous work experience in tax firms, with specific expertise in VAT and Income taxes, particularly in their application in the maritime transportation business.

Whilst having a considerable know-how in the maritime business, Studio Coccia & Associati supports in a complete and professional manner, companies of various business sectors: manufacturing, healthcare, iron, real estate, agricultural, logistic, petrochemical, food & beverage, hotels & tourism, education and holding companies.

The range of assistance extends to companies all over  Italy and in foreign countries such as USA, UK, France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, Malta and Turkey.

Studio Coccia & Associati is based in Naples, in the “Polo dello Shipping” building, located in Via Depretis 51 and holds a strategic position for all major city infrastructures and main offices of Banks and public institutions’ offices.
